Man in court over Cronulla messages

0,10114,5085615,00.jpg A Sydney man has appeared in court charged over the circulation of text messages inciting racial violence after the Cronulla riot, reports News.com via Smart Mobs.

"Brett Andrew King, 25, of Loftus, is the first person to face court charged over the sending of text messages relating to last December's racial violence.

Police allege that in the two days after the December 11 riot Mr King sent two text messages 42 times, encouraging people to meet at Cronulla Beach on December 18."
