Stylish TechTether a hot gift for the trendy -- and the careless
The Seattle Inteligencer reports on "The Today Show" featuring a hot holiday gift: The TechTether, basically a very pretty and fashionable accessory for your cell phone that can hook on to your purse.
The tethers, which can also leash cameras, BlackBerrys and other small tech devices, are made with crystals, tiger's-eye, turquoise, alabaster, coral, wood, chain links and mother-of-pearl. Their highest-end creations feature Swarovski crystals.
Soon, they plan to introduce a sporty line of TechTethers, featuring college and pro sports team names and logos.
Celebrities have been spotted with TechTethers, including Paris Hilton on an "Entertainment Tonight" segment, Madonna at a music awards show and Leonardo DiCaprio and Justin Timberlake with the more masculine chain version."
