Recycling text service launched

Londoners can now get recycling advice sent direct to their mobile phones thanks to a new text message service, according to This is Local London .

"The new service means residents will be able to request details of when their recycling is collected or where their nearest recycling facilities are by texting the word RECYCLE and their full postcode to the number 63131."
