Short messaging services DO offer confirmation of receipt

Just to pick up on a small point stated incorrectly by TheFeature.com, short messaging services DO offer confirmation of receipt of a sent text message.

It's a feature you simply check in the settings of your cell phone, under "Messaging". See also Google Search.
