Seoul distributes leaflets to schools on cell phone etiquette

metro_handset.jpg The Seoul Metropolitan Office of Educatio has produced a leaflet on mobile phone etiquette for distribution to elementary, junior high and high schools in its jurisdiction, reports Telecoms Korea.

"The leaflet includes advice on how to take advantage of mobile phone features, how to block spam and offers tips on mobile phone behaviour.

It recommends that schools install a box to keep students' cell phones during classes and outlines a code of conduct for cell phone use in schools.

Such as:

-- Make sure cell phones are turned off during class,

-- Don't bring mobile phones to exams,

-- Reduce mobile phone use to prevent “cell phone addiction”,

-- Pay bill with your allowance.
