Samsung's Blue-Black Phone gets a sculpture

200506070006.jpg A sculpture of Samsung Electronics' ‘Blue-Black Phone,' the SGH-D500, is set up on the approach to Charles de Gaulle International Airport in Paris.

The phone, a runaway success in Europe, won “Best Consumer Phone” in the UK Mobile Retailer Awards on Monday and German magazine Connect designated it as the most reliable handset in its June 2005 issue.
