Universal back-up device for cell phone

From IOL's New Ideas section, a memory device to store contact information separately in case of theft or damage of a cell phone.

"The device contains a memory chip on which contact information can be stored via infrared transmission or by electrical connection. The device is connected by means of a universal adapter to electric couplings at the bottom of the cell phone.

By pressing the back-up button, all the information stored on the cell phone and SIM card is transferred to the memory chip of the device".
