Phone-Slam

phoneslam.jpg Phone-Slam is social software art, requesting audience participation.

Mobile users are invited to phone-in a sound that sums up Southend; ...noises, stories, memories, jokes, messages, songs, jingles, slogans, chants... And get their mates to vote for and comment on their entries.

A prize of 250 quid will be awarded for the most original and evocative recording, as voted by Southenders on the web site.
