Japan Taxi will Provide In-Car Mobile Phone Charging Service

taxi1.jpg A taxi car in Japan is testing a mobile phone charging service in the car by using a wind power generator, reports Slashphone.

"The power is generated by wind and will be stored when the taxi is moving. The mobile phone will be charged by the wind power generator and the stored power of a battery in the car. The system is still in testing stage and will be implemented soon. It's not clear if the service is free for passenger or you have to pay a certain fee".
