SpinVox: Voicemail to text message

spinvox.gif Spinvox converts your voicemail into text messages and then sends them to your mobile phone or email account. The company is offering a free one-week trial to new customers who want to try out the service, reports bleepblog.

"The service has some nifty features, like the setting to control how much of a voicemail is converted and sent—30 seconds to 3 minutes—and the ability to turn a conversation off so that further voicemails from a particular number are not delivered.

You can also set times for your voicemails to be converted; if you're in a meeting, that's very convenient. One feature we really like is that SpinVox will deliver your voicemails as text when you're abroad, so you can keep up without breaking the bank."
