KTF Starts Text-to-Speech Message Service

KTF has started a new service that turns internet text messages into voice messages through mobile phones or telephones, reports Digital Chosunilbo,

"The Web Message Call service uses TTS (Text To Speech) technology, changing text messages received at the website into speech by male or female voices. Users can also record their own voices and send messages to up to 20 people."
