Mobile gaming, not just for guys
It turns out mobile gaming isn't just a guy thing. About the same number of men as women admit to playing games on their cellphones, according to a recent study of cellphone behavior by M:Media, reports the WSJ.
However, the group found male wireless subscribers were 60% more likely than women to actually download a new game onto their phones.
Among other findings: While less than 1% of wireless users over 65 download games, 9% of mobile-savvy seniors say they use their handset to access news and information, and 14% say they send or receive text messages.
