One in four Hong Kong mobile phone owners under 13 yrs old

25% of all phone owners in Hong Kong are under 13 years old, with some as young as six, according to a survey of 613 households interviewed by the Ming Pao Daily News.

Hong Kong mobile phone ownership is the highest in Asia, with 86% of the city's 6.9 mlllion people owning one or more mobile phones, according to a study by technology research company TNS last year. [via interactive investor].
