Industry buzz continues following Hop-on's announcement earlier this week that it already had a sub- $40 cell phone for sale. [via Forbes]
"Hop-on's Model 1803 is a candy-bar style dual-band phone that includes such features as SMS messaging, 50 phone book entries, 15 ring tones, 4 games, and a rechargeable lithium ion battery."
