In Australia, millions get the message on Valentine's Day

An estimated 6.7 million love-themed SMS messages and 20 million e-mails were sent over the course of the day in Australia, easily eclipsing previous years. And more than 42,000 MMS messages (video or picture) were also sent, a sign of their rising popularity. [via The Daily Telegraph]
