Limited two-way phone service in Nepal
The new government in Nepal, which snapped all communication lines after declaring emergency Feb 1, has started a "two-way telephone service" for civilians, including foreigners, for a limited period each day, reports WebIndia.
"Post-paid mobile phones will be resumed in a few months, but the pre-paid service will remain closed for a long time, the official of the state-run monopoly said on condition of anonymity.
