Mobile phones banned in Delhi government schools
The Delhi government Tuesday banned teachers and students of government-aided schools from using mobile phones during school hours, reports WebIndia.
"The ban applies to all government-funded schools, a Delhi government official said.
The ban follows the circulation of an MMS clip, showing a boy and girl from a private city school in a sexually explicit act, through mobile phones, Internet and video CDs.
The boy shot the clip on his mobile camera phone. He was arrested in December and let out on bail."
