LG “Golden Phone” Auctioned Off at HK$38,888 in HK

A gold plated phone, made by LG Electronics sold at HK$38,888 ($ 4,987) in a charity auction placed in Hong Kong, reports Seong-ju Lee for Telecoms Korea.

"The phone was made to commemorate LG-Hutchison contract on handset supply and presented to Chairman Li in June, 2004 at “Celebration of the Launch of LG 3G Device”,
