Masterpiece painting for cell phones

200412210003.jpg SK Telecom announced Tuesday that it's NATE service will provide customers with viewing access to 80 selected art masterpieces from the collection of "400 Years of Western Art from Poussin to Matisse" now being exhibited at Seoul Arts Center. SK Telecom users can download pictures of the paintings and use them as wallpaper for their mobile phones. [via Digital Chosunilbo]

According to Seong-ju Lee for Telecoms Korea, the Mobile Gallery will display about 120 priceless works of art including pictures that have never been appreciated out of France. NATE selected 80 among these pieces for appreciation and downloading form the Mobile Gallery.
