HSC results by text get tick from students

More than 25,000 students are expected to receive their HSC results via SMS on Friday, almost double the number who registered for the service last year, reports The Sydney Morning Herald.

"NSW Board of Studies general manager John Bennett said SMS could overtake the internet in the future as the predominant method of receiving results.

"It's very convenient for students and it worked very well last year," Dr Bennett said."
