Police want mobile phone cash cards stopped

The untraceability of the current cash cards for subscription-free mobile phones is a boon to professional criminals according to Norwegian police, reports Aftenposten.

"After Norway's special division for economic crime, Økokrom, pointed out the ease with which criminals use unregistered mobile phones cash card users must be registered from Feb. 1, 2005."
