Freshmen Won't Face Harsh Action for Aiding Exam Cheating

High school freshmen and sophomores suspected of involvement in the mobile phone cheating scandal for this year's college entrance exam will be permitted to take the College Scholastic Ability Test, reports The Korea Times.

"The education ministry previously said cheaters in the college entrance exam will be disqualified from taking the test for the next three years."
