Mobile Phone Users Hit 320M in China

From the Associated Press - via China Digital News : "The number of mobile phone users, the biggest in the world, long ago outstripped the number of fixed line users, which stood at 310 million by the end of last month, the official Xinhua News Agency reported, citing the Ministry of Information Industry.

From January to October, text message traffic soared by 62 percent over the same period a year earlier to more than 176.1 billion messages, it said.
