Woman banned from using pre-paid cellphones

A judge in England decided that it wasn't enough to sentence a law student who had used a pre-paid cellphone to fake a friend's kidnapping to two years in jail—he also banned her from using a pay-as-you-go cellphone, or any other cellphone that's not in her name for that matter, for the next five years.
