Campaign targets mobile use by drivers
A new awareness campaign highlighting the dangers of using a mobile phone while driving has been launched by the Victorian government, reports The Sydney Morning Herald.
"This new ad campaign is about ensuring that people get the message pretty clearly that if you're using a mobile phone then get off the road it's just not worth the risk," he said.
"Number one it is illegal but number two there is real risk to your own life and to lives of other road users."
