Indian girls get IM Barbie

After the mobile phone carrying geek girl Barbie, Mattel India is updating its the text-messaging doll by giving her Instant Messaging talents:

The Barbie comes with a working mobile phone, with which girls can not only message Barbie, but also message their own friends who have a similar doll. Supreme sophistication, it will be possible to change the look of the phone to match Barbie's dress. Instant Messaging Barbie is priced at Rs 1199 [US$26].
