A cell phone that will only dial Mom and Dad

This article from Fox describes the quandry schools are in to forbid or forbid not cell phones. Nothing new, except the last part of the article where Xeni Jardin, interviewed, makes a novel suggestion.

"Xeni Jardin envisions a new invention spawning from the cells-in-schools explosion that will make everyone happy. “There's a huge market for a cell phone to come out that will only dial Mom and Dad,” she said.
