Ordering pizza by SMS

You can now order a pizza from the comfort of your mobile phone - if you live in Australia, according to SMS Response Australia's press release

"The system uses a combination of SMS and email: the customer SMS' their order to the store's number. The store receives the customer's order as an email.

The system also sends an acknowledgement SMS back to the customer's phone to advise delivery or pick up time".

Update Mauricio from Geekzone has drawn my attention to the fact this not quite new. Pizza Hut has been doing this in New Zealand for over a year. Thanks!
