Couple ties the knot via cell phones

A couple exchanged vows in what's believed to be the first marriage-by-proxy in California, reports NappaNews.

"Clutching a cellular phone, the nervous but smiling bride was married to Marine Lt. Thomas Cogan IV on Saturday at the San Diego County clerk's office.
