New Consumer magazine starts fair trade SMS petition

A magazine that campaigns for fair trade has launched a text messaging petition to urge world leaders to put the issue on the agenda of the next G8 summit, reports Digital Bulletin.

"The campaign, dubbed the "GR8 G8 Fair Trade Text Petition", is being run by New Consuemr magazine, and is backed by human rights campaigner Bianca Jagger.
