Cingular Wireless Offers Consumer Tips to Help Prepare for Hurricane Frances

As the holiday weekend approaches so too does Hurricane Frances, threatening Alabama and Northwest Florida over the weekend. Cingular Wireless in a press release gives out some recommendations including cell phone tips that should be included in any emergency plan.
