Order from the farmers' market by SMS

French website "paysans.fr" (or farmers.fr) offers mobile users of Paris, Toulouse and Bordeaux the opportunity to order fresh produce from the farmers' market by text messaging, according to French health magazine TopSanté.

Though these items may not be on every one's shopping list, the website touts "Duck Ribs, Fresh Water Trout, Paris Mushrooms, "Mimolette" Cheese (aged 18 months) and cooked dishes such as Mustard Rabbit - all fresh and delivered to your front door. Order at any time without leaving your home ! by simply sending a text message".

Eating habits aside, it's really a wonderful service for the eldery or disabled.
