Vietnam's mobile penetration only 4%

Interesting, Vietnam's mobile penetration is currently only just about 4%, according to PRWeb.

"However, Vietnam's mobile subscribers, a country with 81 million people are expected to grow, by 35% in the next 14 months. Reductions in mobile pricing plans and handsets are key factors in the growth, as well as the growing economy and consumer purchasing power."
