More Mobile reports on a new service, Topup2talk from PocketDialUK.com offering UK travellers the possibility to call internationally at a rate of 1 pence (18 cents) per minute.

"The mobile user simply sends the text message ‘CREDITME' to the short number ‘80550' in order to instantly buy £5 ($ 9-35) worth of international calling credit which they can use to call abroad using an 0207 access number."
