Find a dog with a cell phone

Last week, South Koreas SK Telecom announced the implementation of an "Abandoned Pet Adoption Campaign" that is designed to look for new owners for abandoned dogs through the wireless Internet NATE Service. This will be conducted as a joint effort with animal protection institutions, according to Cellular News.

"The campaign will be carried out by introducing information on abandoned dogs. People can obtain such information as abandoned dogs' photos, sex, and evacuation habits, and have a consultation on adoption with an involved animal protection institution.

People can make inquiries about the abandoned dogs, or have a consultation for adopting the dogs using the service".
