Cell phones waves and risotto

I had dinner last night with some friends at the Auberge de Puplinges, a very good Italian restaurant, outside of Geneva. There was a note on our table which read:

"We inform our kind customers that cell phone waves are harmful to the cooking of our risotto".

What a nice way of asking customers turn off their cell phones.
