Malacca City Council opens SMS facility for complaints

The public can submit complaints or suggestions to the Malacca Historic City Council (Malaylsia) by SMS, reports The New Sunday Times.

"All they have to do is to go to the write messages menu, type MBMB, type their complaint or proposals and send it.

Mayor Zaini Md Nor said the SMS provides an alternative for the people to channel their complaints or suggestions.

The complainant will immediately receive a message asking them to check the council's website at www.mbmb.gov.my to check its status."
