Delinquent students use cell phones more frequently

77.jpg According to a, uh, strange Japanese National Police Agency survey, "students either arrested or taken into custody for misbehavior or suspected crimes make far more calls and send more email messages from their cell phones than their law abiding peers". Engadget suggests that perhaps the outcome of this study was to conclude "that bad boys have more friends than their law-abiding peers". Lost in translation is my guess.
