Cell Phone Sorrow

An interesting post from jah's journal for TheFeature.com.

"People have become accustomed to their phones, no question about that. The New York Times recently had an entertaining piece about the hardships suffered by sportsfans recently, when they were asked to give up their mobile phones at the entrance to a major league golf event.

This is likely to happen more and more in the future - as sporting events, concerts, business meetings demand secrecy, privacy and security by removing the potentail for attendees to communicate with the outside world. And it will seem more and more like a violation! "
