Deckhands suspended for talking on cellphones
Violating safety rules for talking on a cell phone while conducting a train, a subway or a taxi cab has already cost some drivers a fine or even their job. And now, reportedly, crew members of the Staten Island Ferry have been suspended for chatting instead of patroling the boat, reports the Staten Island Advance.
