“Text it to the Marines"

In the Philippines, a youth group is calling on all Maranaos to text the marines emergency number, expressing their condemnation of the killing of a student and the wounding of eight others in Tuesday night's strafing by a Marine contingent, according to Minda News.

"By sending the Marines text messages, they hope that the government soldiers will own up to the crime".
