Start-up's overseas cell calls cheaper

USA Today reports on a start up company, i2telecom.com, offering international cell phone callers a way to beat the system and make very inexpensive calls overseas - through Voice-over-Internet-Protocol, or VoIP.

"The catch: To take advantage of the offering, you have to dial a few extra digits, be a broadband customer and sign up for i2Telecom's Internet-based phone service in your home or business".
