UK Police use txt 2 fight struggle with crime

The Belfast Telegraph reports on yet another example of law enforcers using cell phones to fight crime.

"The new Crimetext pilot scheme, which has been launched in Co Londonderry, relies on members of the public communicating with the police via text messaging".
