Actress Rachel Bilson Encourages Young Voters to Dial Into Rock the Vote Mobile

Rachel Bilson, star of FOX's popular prime-time drama "The OC," challenges young Americans to get educated, get informed and get engaged in the 2004 presidential election by joining in a new effort by Rock The Vote and Motorola.

Called "20 for 20," this 20-day program aims to encourage 20,000 young adults to sign up to the Rock the Vote Mobile program. [PRNewswire].
