Frazzzle dazzzle

This is really entertaining. Apparently the letter "Z" has experience a tidal wave in popularity - thanks partially to text messaging -, according to a well researched and original article written by Teo Pau Lin for the Straits Times

"In recent years, the rise of the letter Z has been tied firmly to the growing popularity of hip-hop culture, popping up in e-mail and SMS greetings like 'hugz' and 'laterz'. [...] Now, it is found virtually everywhere.

Lin signs off asking what next? Reversing the S-Z trend? Now, that would be snassy". And if the use of 'z' get on your nervez, send your commentz to stlife@sph.com.sg
