Buy music downloads via SMS

UK Music fans will soon be able to use their mobile phone to pay for music downloads via the internet - by sending a text message to a short code - according to Web User.

"Digital download company OD2 is to launch an SMS payment system for its online music services, including MSN, Freeserve and Tiscali. The SMS payment system will be available across all mobile phone networks - the price of the album or the single downloaded will be added to your mobile phone bill".
