One Sixty, the SMS poetry magazine
Found on Smart Mobs, the world's first SMS text message litterary magazine, Onesixty. Since it's launch at the Cheltenham Festival of Literature, it's had over 200 submissions of poems small enough to be sent as SMS text messages.
Currently their SMS technology provider is not operating, so poems cannot be delivered directly through their gateway to people's cell phones, but anyone interested can copy a poem online and text it to a friend.
More importantly, are there any SMS gateways interested in offering technological support or sponsorship? Hope so! Contact info@centrifugalforces.co.uk.
PS The same thing happend to me 18 months ago. I had been offering a Virus Alert service by SMS (I had over 4000 subscribers from all over the world) and I had to stop it when my SMS gateway went out of business.
