Malaysian Election updates by SMS

This year will mark the 11th time, since Independence, that Malaysians will cast the ballot to determine who will represent them and steer the nation further into the 21st century, reports Sinchew-i.

"21st century technology is all set to dominate the elections. National news agency Bernama is set to provide the results of the coming general election via short messaging service. The accessibility of the news via SMS would be on demand basis whereby cell phone users would have to key in certain code numbers".
