Verizon Wireless to Debut Global Cellphone

Verizon Wireless plans to debut in April a cellphone that its subscribers can use around the world as well as in the U.S, according to the WSJ.

"The phone will have chips for the CDMA standard used by Verizon in America and the GSM standard used in most of the rest of the world".
