Australian students get exam results by SMS

A record numbers of Australian students accessed their results through technology yesterday, according to The Age.

"About 8300 students got their results via SMS, the free internet result service got more than 75,000 hits (some from the same students) and there were 16,000 calls to the automated phone service".
